Primary Purpose of the Position
The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for ensuring the below tasks are accurately and effectively performed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Boost collection rate. Target a 95% rate by the end of 2024.
Prepares and sends monthly billing to the clients.
Answers all queries related to billings and collections.
Sends regular follow up to the client. (Emails and Calls)
Responsible for updating the collection report and sending weekly AR reports.
Weekly status AR reporting to Finance Manager
Monthly status AR reporting to managers and board of directors
Performs bank reconciliation and bank statement update
Prepares the liaison itinerary for the check pick-up and check deposits.
Prepares and sends the official receipt to the clients
Official receipt inventory and safekeeping
Leads the working papers related to bank updates, requirements, etc.
Update and maintains the SAWT File
Responsible for the Revenue and Accounts Receivable analysis in the YTD financial report
Maintains and prepares daily cash position
Computes the BD commissions.
Quarterly task reshuffle.
Maintains the manual books of accounts schedule for sending to the bookkeeper.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Finance Manager.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Achieve and maintain an 88%-92% monthly collection rate.
Timely and accurate invoicing to the clients.
Maintains updated AR report and clients ledger
Ensures completeness and accuracy of financial reports and other schedules assigned.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
At least 2 years experience as Accounts Receivable Associate
Experience in Zoho is preferred but not required.

Willingness to travel (Local-only if needed).
